AUGUSTA SOLAR, LLC

Leslie Tate, Planner, reviewed a PowerPoint to discuss each property involved with the solar project.

Phil Martin, Director of Augusta County Service Authority, gave a report from the Service Authority regarding the solar project.

After Board discussion, Mr. Garber stated that new information was given for the Board to review. He would suggest the Board review and discuss with him any questions they may have. He will use that information to decide when to put the proposal on the Board’s agenda for consideration.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no other business to come before the Board, Ms. Bragg moved, seconded by Mr. Coleman, the Board adjourn subject to call of the Chairman.

Vote was as follows: Yeas: Garber, Bragg, Wells, Shull, Coleman, Pattie and Carter Nays: None Motion carried.
