VIRGINIA: At a joint meeting of the Augusta County Board of Supervisors and the Service Authority, held on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at 6:00 p.m., at the Government Center, Verona, Virginia, and in the 232nd year of the Commonwealth….

David R. Beyeler, Chairman of the Augusta County Board of Supervisors, called the meeting to order.

Wendell L. Coleman, Supervisor for Wayne District, delivered invocation Kenneth J. Fanfoni, Executive Director of Augusta County Service Authority, presented an overview of Augusta County Service Authority prospective.

Fire Chief Bruce Crow presented an overview of ISO/County Fire Flow Policy.

William Monroe, Director of Engineers of Augusta County Service Authority, presented Water System Analysis.

Board of Supervisors and Augusta County Service Authority had discussion regarding priorities and financial scenarios.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no other business to come before the Board, Mr. Coleman moved, seconded by Mr. Pyles, that the Board adjourn subject to call of the Chairman.

Vote was as follows: Yeas: Howdyshell, Sorrells, Garber, Beyeler, Shifflett, Pyles and Coleman Nays: None Motion carried.
