VIRGINIA: At a special meeting of the Augusta County Board of Supervisors held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at 3:30 p.m., at the Government Center, Verona, Virginia, and in the 237th year of the Commonwealth….

Chairman Moore welcomed the citizens present.

MILL PLACE COMMERCE PARK

The Board considered award of contract to prepare 25 acre pad-ready site.

Dennis Burnett, Economic Development Director, provided an overview of Bid results.

Mr. Karaffa moved, seconded by Mr. Beyeler, that the Board award the contract to Branch Highways to prepare a 25-acre pad-ready site for Shamrock Farms.

Vote was as follows: Yeas: Pattie, Karaffa, Shull, Wills, Moore, Beyeler and Pyles Nays: None Motion carried.

The Board expressed appreciation to Dennis Burnett and staff for their hard work.
